Set in a fictional, futuristic Chicago, Blunt Trauma surgeon, Dr. Lisa Backwood puts her skills to the test after taking a much needed sabbatical.

Dr. Lisa Backwood is the Head of Blunt Trauma at Greene's Medical Medicinal Hospital where she treats broken and abused blunts.
